OVERVIEW

The developments form the regeneration of the former Yorkshire Copper Factory site which is adjacent to the A580 East Lancashire major highway, between the Port of Liverpool and the M6 motorway. Titan comprises of bespoke high specification warehousing and offices along with a proposed substantial development of Industrial and Leisure facilities which include a service station, café and restaurants.

Multi Connex Networks have been contracted by Morley Estates to design and install the multi utility infrastructure and services to the phased development.

Phase 1 has a planned completion date of early summer 2019 with the Phase 2 programme to be confirmed.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Phase 1

• Electric – Install 1300m of looped HV network
• Electric – Install 1800kVA and two substations. This includes 1 x unit at 1200kVA with brick-built substation and 4 x units requiring a 600kVA GRP substation.
• Gas – 650m of medium pressure network.
• Water – 600m of water network.

Phase 2

• Electric – Install up to 15,000kVA to multiple commercial units
